Qualified applicants will be selected through a lottery to lease rent stabilized affordable units that are rent restricted and priced for low and middle income households. The lottery is run in cooperation with TF Cornerstone, the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development, and NYC Housing Development Corporation.
